Our products are all handmade by us in our mini studio, hence naturally there may be slight variations or imperfections with hand sewn garments. 

We do a thorough quality check of our products before shipping them out to ensure we do not send out any damaged or faulty item(s). If however you have concerns regarding your received item(s), please feel free to reach out to us via Instagram (@thesisterhoodstudios), Email (thesisterhoodstudios@gmail.com), or Whatsapp (+60103096065) within 24 hours with receipts and proof of purchase upon receiving your parcel so we can review the matter.

Descriptions and measurements are stated for each product clearly on our store. Please ensure that you check your size and measurements before making any purchases. If you are unsure or have further concerns, drop us an Instagram or Whatsapp message and we will be more than happy to assist you! 

We will not accept any returns, refunds, exchanges, due to wrong sizing measurements as they have already been stated.
